Worcestershire is a great place to enjoy a cycle holiday. Bredon hill is situated adjacent to elements of cycle route 422 which is a 20 mile route between Worcester and Evesham. Close by are routes 41 and 45 which link Rugby to Bristol and Worcester to Gloucester. For a local ride Bredon Hill offers a scenic backdrop to a 14 mile gentle amble through villages of individual character with fine inns to rest and take refreshment. For the adventurous there are numerous bridal ways crossing the slopes to the summit.

Notes on Cycling on the Hill

The earth works at the Hill Fort at the summit are a scheduled monument which was constructed over 4000 years ago. Please can you refrain from using the ramparts as an adventure park as this is causing serious erosion of the site

Please do keep to the bridal ways and not the footpaths and remember cyclists using a bridleway are obliged to give way to other users on foot or horseback.
